Found a wrong number?
Say so first. Accuracy reports jump the line, get re-checked against the math, and the fix ships to everyone, usually in days, not years. Tell me what you entered, what the app said, and what you expected.
Common questions
- Why don't × and ÷ take feet? A length times a length isn't a length. Multiply and divide take counts: 12′ 4 1/2″ × 3 pieces, a 20′ stick ÷ 3.
- Where did my tape go? It shouldn't go anywhere. The tape survives closing the app. Clearing it (C with no entry) always asks first.
- Haptics don't buzz? iPhone has two switches that silence every app: Settings → Sounds & Haptics → System Haptics, and Settings → Accessibility → Touch → Vibration. Both need to be on, plus the toggle in PipeRule's settings.
- Android? In progress, not released. iPhone only for now.
